TAKE A LOOK AT MY PHOTO SHOW!

http://www.photoshow.com/watch/Na2DN5FR

This was a lot of fun! I created my photo show using a very easy site called Road Runner. They provided a step to step tutorial and a podcast to help guide me through the process. It was so easy to download my photos and customize my show. The first step was to download some of my favorite pictures I had on my computer to the Road Runner site. The next step was adding comments to my pictures. Lastly, I choose a theme and the music. Very simple! I really enjoyed using this technology and will definitely use it in the near future. I'm planning on making a photo show for each of the kids on my sons' baseball teams at the end of the season. I've always wanted to know how to do this and now I do! Yeah!!

RSS Feed

I love this application! I've been accessing my feeds this week and have found them to be very useful and interesting. I had never previously heard of an RSS feed but the podcast demo I watched on it really helped me understand it's uses and conveniences. Either I'm getting more computer "savvy" or this was the easiest application we've had yet. I really like that I don't have to google these searches anymore. They give me up to date information on the sites that are interesting to me. This is definitely an application I will keep and use as much as I can. It will be so useful to have when I become a teacher and am looking for new ideas for my curriculum. Wow!

About Me

My photo
Indianapolis, Indiana
I am a wife and mother of 3 boys. I am a returning student in the process of obtaining my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. I also work part time at a parents day out program in Indy. Most of my free time is spent going to my boys sporting activities. It is definitely our main source of entertainment at this stage in our life. I enjoy it tremendously!! This blog was a little confusing to me. Don't gasp but I don't even have a Facebook account! However, I do have a 13 yr old who can help walk me through if needed.
